    Having a Wild Weekend

Oh my goodness, what a great weekend.   A little snow, a little sleet, a little dead skin on our feet.

Chris and Al went to the Long Beach Bluegrass Festival, and had a great time, despite the unpredictable weather.   It was great to see old friends, play a little music, and see some great bands in performance.

Phil played his fingerstyle show this weekend, gathering crowds in Tacoma at a couple of venues.

And then there's Sparky.   We can't say much due to national security concerns, but his weekend involved a parachute, a small transistor radio and a woman with an accent.

This coming weekend, April 6, the VZVBs will be performing at the Mandolin Cafe from 3-5 PM.  Its a Sunday afternoon in spring, and we hope you have time to join us there!

    New Dates on the Calendar

We've added a couple of dates to the calendar page.

Thanks to those of you who made it to P&G in Duvall on the March 22.  It was a good time, fueled by family friends and a few innocent bystanders.

Springing up to Duvall- Mar 22

It has been awhile since we played up north at the P&G in beautiful downtown Duvall.   In fact, last time we were booked there, we were SNOWED out!

But the weather is warmer and spring will be here when we spring into action (get it?) this Saturday from 7-9 PM.    P&G Speakeasy Cafe has a family friendly atmosphere with dinner, drinks of whatever you want (no white lightning, sorry Sparky) and a cozy vibe.

Come join us as we celebrate the coming of spring with some hard driving VZ-grass music!

VZVB Birthday Party - The Ides of March

This Saturday, March 15, the VZ Valley Boys celebrate their one year anniversary with a show at Tacoma's Mandolin Cafe, Saturday from 8-10 PM.    It calls for a party and we're going to throw one.   So come on down to the Mandolin Cafe and be a part of it.
